Where we ship

We ship to mainland Portugal, the Azores and Madeira, and the other countries of the European Union. For now we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or outside the European Union.

Shipping costs

  • Mainland Portugal: standard (Correio Registado) €4.99, or express 24/48h (CTT Expresso) €8.99. Orders of €350 or more ship free by express.
  • Azores and Madeira: €8.99 (Correio Registado), free on orders of €350 or more.
  • Mainland Spain: express 24/48h (CTT Expresso) €8.99, free on orders of €350 or more. The Balearic Islands ship at the European Union rate.
  • Other European Union countries: €12.90 (Correio Azul), free on orders of €350 or more.

Shipping costs include VAT and are shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of payment. Estimated delivery after dispatch:

  • Express to mainland Portugal and mainland Spain: 1 to 2 working days.
  • Standard (Correio Registado) to mainland Portugal: 1 to 3 working days. To the Azores and Madeira: 2 to 5 working days.
  • Other European Union countries: 3 to 4 working days.

These are estimates. If your order will take longer than expected, we will let you know. Unless we agree another date with you, we deliver within 30 days of the order. If we do not, you can give us an additional reasonable period; if we still do not deliver, you can cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Carrier and tracking

Orders are sent with CTT. When your order leaves us, we email you the tracking link. For Correio Azul, how much tracking you see depends on the postal service of the destination country.

Customs

We ship from Portugal. Deliveries within the European Union do not pay customs duties.

Delivery problems

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout. If a parcel arrives damaged, or the product inside is damaged, contact us as soon as possible at geral@sutoriscissors.com with your order number and photos, and keep the packaging. See our Returns and refund policy for how we handle it. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a person you have named other than the carrier, receive the parcel.
