1. Who we are

Sutori Scissors is the trading name of Humberto Oliveira Magalhães, NIF 266812090, Avenida Paulo Felisberto, n.º 91, Loja C, 4750-809 Arcozelo, Portugal. Email: geral@sutoriscissors.com.

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply to every purchase made on sutoriscissors.com. They work together with our Shipping policy, Returns and refund policy, Legal guarantee, Warranty and Lifetime Care and Privacy policy.

Some rights described here apply only to customers who buy as consumers, meaning as individuals for purposes outside their trade or profession. Customers who buy for their barbering, salon or other professional activity are professional customers. The Returns and refund policy explains the difference.

3. Products

We describe each product as accurately as we can, including its specifications. Product photographs show the item as sold. Some images show a product in a setting, for example on a barber station or next to other products. Those images are illustrative: anything shown that is not listed in the product description is not included. Small differences in colour can come from screen settings.

Reviews on product pages are collected by Judge.me from customers who bought the product, through an email sent after the order ships. We publish every review we receive, whatever the rating, except spam and abusive content.

4. Prices

Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Promotions, such as the Starter kit offer, are applied automatically in the cart under the conditions shown with the offer.

If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we will contact you before sending it. You can then confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it and receive a full refund.

5. Ordering

You place an order by completing checkout. We then send an email confirming that we have received it. The contract is concluded when we send that confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because a product is no longer available, we will tell you and refund any amount paid in full.

6. Payment

The available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place the order and is processed securely by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details.

7. Delivery

Where we ship, what it costs and how long it takes are set out in our Shipping policy. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a person you have named other than the carrier, receive the goods.

8. Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers can withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. How to do this, the return costs and how refunds work are explained in our Returns and refund policy, which also includes a model withdrawal form. Professional customers can use the voluntary 14-day return described in the same policy.

9. Legal guarantee and Lifetime Care

Consumers in Portugal have a legal guarantee of conformity of three years from delivery. See Legal guarantee for your rights. Selected launch units of our scissors also include Lifetime Care, described in Warranty and Lifetime Care. Lifetime Care is in addition to the legal guarantee and does not replace it.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right that consumers have under mandatory law, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

11. Complaints and disputes

If something goes wrong, write to us at geral@sutoriscissors.com and we will try to resolve it with you directly. You can also file a complaint in the electronic complaints book (Livro de Reclamações) at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.

Consumers can take a dispute to the alternative dispute resolution entity CIAB, Centro de Informação, Mediação e Arbitragem de Consumo (Tribunal Arbitral de Consumo), www.ciab.pt. More information is available on the Portuguese Consumer Portal, www.consumidor.gov.pt.

12. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order applies to that order.
